Before you ask
The questions we always get.
Do candidates count as seats?
No. Candidates never create accounts, so you are never billed for them, only for the people on your team who use the workspace.
Is VAT included in the price?
No — the €119 is excl. VAT. Payments are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record, so it works out the tax for your country at checkout and shows you the total before you pay. If your business has a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge applies and you pay the listed price; otherwise your local rate is added to it. Paddle issues the invoice and accounts for the tax.
What happens when we reach the monthly assessment limit?
Assessments already under way always finish, so a candidate part-way through is never cut off. New invitations pause until the month resets or you move up a tier, and the workspace shows where you stand before you invite anyone, so you are never surprised by it.
What counts against the assessment limit?
Completed assessments only. Invitation links are unlimited and cost nothing. You are metered when a candidate actually finishes and a report is produced. Re-opening a report, exporting a PDF or re-running an existing compatibility analysis never counts again.
Is the fit score generated by an AI?
No. The congruence score is arithmetic on the two profiles. The language model only writes the narrative that explains that number.
